Our client seeks a Senior Trust & Company Administrator to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the designated portfolio of client companies and trusts, with a clear understand of the entity structure, activities and client expectations.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed according to  processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with your team members to ensure all aspects of the portfolio are managed and administrated within the appropriate time scales.
  • All tasks are completed on time and to the appropriate level of accuracy.
  • Deal with complex trust structures and provide technical support to members of staff.
  • Manage workflow of administration tasks received into the office to ensure clients receive a high level of customer service - “gold standard”.
  • Following the appointment to a controlled function, (after the completion of your probation period) act as an authorised signatory and client entity officer.
  • Regularly update the directors on the activity within your portfolio.
  • All time to be recorded with a target of 5 hours recoverable chargeable time when training has been completed.
  • Be involved in projects to improve efficiencies within the team and across the company to enhance the gold standard service and accuracy.
  • Monitor performance and provide training to junior members of staff.
  • Ensure role is compliant with IOM FSA legislation and regulatory requirements.
 
Key skills and Experience:
Minimum of five years' experience in a Fiduciary role either with or working towards an ICSA or STEP Diploma
