- Proven extensive finance sector industry experience in an operational, compliance, assurance, risk or audit role is essential along with a working knowledge of financial services and associated legislation, regulation and guidance.
- Strong people management, coaching and leadership skills are required in order to provide support that inspires and motivates team members to reach their full potential and deliver the Business objectives.
