Our client seeks a Senior Secretary to assist their team to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced hospital environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage and process complex documents and correspondence
  • Perform accurate audio-typing of medical letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks to support multiple senior staff members.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven secretarial experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in text processing and audio-typing with attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
