Our client seeks a Service Operations Centre Support Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
You will work as part of a 24/7/365 team to ensure the effective Service Assurance of Core Networks and Systems.
 
In addition, you will be supporting several key areas around the business including Customer Technology Services, Business Services and Network Services
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent - Grade A - B, must include English
  • 2 or more years working in a similar environment would be advantageous
  • Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Basic level knowledge of MS applications
  • Excellent time management skills. Being punctual is something expected from everyone
  • Knowledge of the telecoms industry desirable
  • A real team ethos, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach to working shifts
  • Started or obtained a recognised Telecoms qualification such as CCNA would be desirable
