Key Responsibilities
 
As a Statutory Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
 
Client-Focused Duties
  • Managing Annual Return preparation and filing for multiple jurisdictions.
  • Handling Company Formations, Transfers, Restorations, and Conversions.
  • Overseeing Dissolutions, Liquidations, and Clearing of Charges.
  • Managing appointment and resignation of Company Officers and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Processing Share Transfers and other essential statutory documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with Beneficial Owner reporting, ROE registrations, and renewals.
  • Coordinating payments for foreign agent fees and tracking deadlines.
 
Operational & Commercial Duties
  • Leading, coaching, and supporting junior colleagues to build technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensuring accurate data collection, handling, and input across systems, in line with data protection regulations.
  • Supporting the company's compliance with local regulatory requirements and promoting a strong relationship with the local regulator.
  • Taking responsibility for the timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings.
 
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven experience in the fiduciary field and a strong focus on client service.
  • In-depth understanding of statutory operational tasks with the ability to train others.
  • Knowledge of the current issues affecting fiduciary structures.
  • Strong technical competence and the ability to share knowledge effectively.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory environment governing fiduciary businesses.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
