Talent & OD Analyst

Our Client seeks a Talent and OD Analyst to join their team  
Role Profile: Support a culture of inclusiveness and high-performance through the use of data to explore insights on culture, behaviour and competence across the UK division.  You'll also be required to facilitate collation of data, drawing fresh insights from existing data as well as development of new and meaningful data sources. The purpose of this is to enable attention to be focused on the matters of greatest relevance, and to enable fact-based decision making.  Success will be measured by data that evidences efficacy of the objectives.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with members of the Talent and OD team to set and manage the metrics by which their own and team performance will be measured
  • Develop, implement and maintain data collection systems that create the ability to acquire analyse and draw inferences in support of these metrics
  • Present and communicate the insights and inferences in clear and visual ways so that they are easily understood, both ad hoc as required and regularly in line with reporting deadlines
  • Support the Talent and Inclusion Partner by managing the back end of the Success Factors Performance Management module (PGMG) and the Talent Management module to push-out the generic communications and notifications in line with the performance management schedule
  • Seek opportunities to improve the accuracy and cleanliness of data sets to ensure the data and reporting is seen as highly credible
  • Establish and nurture excellent relationships within own team, and the global capability, learning and development partners to leverage global opportunities and share UK successes.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or the equivalent qualification
  • Experience of manipulating, interrogating and drawing salient conclusions from large data sets
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Experience of managing own time to deliver to multiple tasks to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of identifying options for delivery of reporting requirements and presenting them to stakeholders for decision
  • Experience of translating complex data outcomes into simple and visual communications
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment across multiple locations
  • Ability to engage colleagues and stakeholders, building trust and credibility
  • Ability to persevere during setbacks, and demonstrate high personal resilience to change and ambiguity
  • Ability to apply analytical and structured thinking to solve problems
  • Ability to draw on strong statistical analysis skills
  • Ability to apply a natural curiosity to explore data and draw new and interesting insights
  • Knowledge of current and trending data analytic techniques and metrics
