Trust and Company Administrator

Our Client seeks a Company and Trust Administrator to join their team to administer a portfolio of clients, whilst complying with all pertinent legislation, liaising with banks, brokers and other relevant parties involved in the client relationship.    
Key Responsibilities:
  • Have a clear understanding of all clients, including their overall relationships within structures, and with regard to jurisdictional and regulatory requirements
  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to client requests and any ad hoc enquiries. Ideally no later than 48 hours
  • Prioritise work tasks switching from task to task when other matters take precedence
  • Continually follow up on ongoing matters ensuring completion or resolution of tasks
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with clients, peers and colleagues
  • Ensure that internal policies and procedures are observed and followed
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of any regulatory changes
  • Compliance with all statutory requirements including filing of annual returns (AR) and ensure all client entities within own portfolio of clients are in good standing
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects as and when required
  • Monitor client cash flow, and assist with invoicing tasks and chase debts to strict deadlines
  • Drafting and finalising board minutes, resolutions and agendas as required
  • Completion of annual compliance reviews including resolution of all outstanding action points  
  • Assistance with resolution of any outstanding accounting enquiries by obtaining desired information from clients
  • Assist with specific transactions including sale and purchase of assets, investments and other corporate changes
  • Ensure client files are complete and in good order
  • Operate efficiently all current systems and ensure client data is accurate and up to date
  • Part qualified/Fully qualified ICSA or STEP
  • + 2 years company & trust experience managing own portfolio of clients
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Good general standard of education
  • Previous use of Viewpoint would be an advantage
  • Able to work to deadlines and manage own workload
  • “Can-do” attitude
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
