Our client seeks a Trust & Company Administrator to join their team.
 
Role Profile: Works within the administration team, supporting the Senior Client Services Administrator and Client Services Manager with the administration of a varied portfolio of client entities and trusts.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaising via email and telephone with the Directors, Trustees, third parties and clients
  • Works with and supports the Senior Client Services Administrator, Client Services Manager and Directors in drafting board minutes and written resolutions to approve various administration matters
  • Works with and supports the Senior Client Services Administrator to organise and prioritise various administration matters, including but not limited to the onboarding of new clients and establishment of entities / trusts, ongoing administration matters for existing structures and the closure of structures
  • Uses MS Office, Companion (client management system) and network drive to complete tasks and keep records up-to-date
  • Ensures that physical files are kept up-to-date
  • Assists the Senior Client Services Administrator, Client Services Manager and Directors with transactions such as the purchase and sale of various assets and general day-to-day payments (online and written)
  • Assists the Senior Client Services Administrator with the completion of investment application forms and bank account application forms
  • Supports the Client Accounting team in providing relevant information
  • Supports the Compliance Manager and Directors to ensure regulatory requirements are met in terms of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism
  • Supports the Senior Client Services Administrator and Compliance Manager to ensure that action points identified from Client Risk Assessments are remediated
  • Supports the Compliance Manager, Client Services Manager and Senior Client Services Administrator to ensure that the entities and trusts under administration comply with FATCA, CRS and Substance requirements
  • Assists the Client Services Manager and Directors with officewide initiatives and ADHOC projects
  • Complies with office policies and procedures
  • Records time on billing system - Office Timesheets
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5 years' TCSP experience
  • A good level of understanding in the day-to-day administration of companies and trusts, including drafting of minutes, agreements, letters etc. and correspondence with clients and 3rd parties
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • STEP or part-STEP qualified would be advantageous, as would experience in dealing with UK property holding structures
  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to progress a career in the TCSP sector
