Our client seeks a Trust & Company Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile:
You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class client services to clients. No prior knowledge of the gaming industry is required as the focus of the role is to proactively contribute to the efficient management of the client portfolio.
You will be a diligent, proactive individual with proven client management skills. Your primary focus will be on driving positive results in client service, operational efficiency and risk management. While prior experience in a CSP, banking, or company secretarial setting is advantageous, this is not mandatory, as full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the reins in managing your client portfolio, from handling payments and bank accounts to organising board meetings.
- Be the ultimate champion of clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work hand-in-hand with the specialist teams to deliver best-in-class service that wows clients, all while ensuring these are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Harness exceptional company management and client relationship skills within the interesting and fast-paced gaming industry.
- Actively nurture and build client relationships with every interaction.
