Wealth Manager

Our Client seeks a Wealth Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete periodic reviews with a portfolio of existing Premier clients to establish their financial goals and to broaden their understanding about the company's range of banking and wealth management solutions
  • Deepen relationships with your portfolio of clients, with a view to becoming the provider of choice for their banking and wealth management needs
  • Monitor and act on daily management information and other internal information tools, using them to coach the wider Branch team in support of business goals
  • Establish and agree client contact strategies in line with Group operating models
  • Collaborate with other areas of the Bank with a view to delivering a seamless banking service
  • Maintain a close working relationship with wider areas of the Group
  • Identify and address the wealth management goals of customers, using a panel of regulated wealth management products
  • Achieve competent adviser status and maintain that status by continuous CPD, training and competency assessments
  • Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service across the team and with individual portfolio - Ongoing analysis of client portfolios through marketing of ideas and researching clients
  • Monitor client satisfaction data implementing portfolio level improvements
  • Proactively support others through direct and indirect actions beyond activities particular to this role
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Role relevant industry qualifications are essential, i.e. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, through a recognised professional body
  • Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. relationship management / wealth advisory role is essential
  • Proven experience of leading the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve service levels
  • The ability to demonstrate a track record of meeting and exceeding short, medium and long term business expectations within a high performing team
  • Experience of building and managing complex relationships with a portfolio of affluent and sophisticated customers
  • A track record of successfully identifying and developing significant/complex business propositions, that attract and entrench customers, in a fair and ethical way
