Account Management Administrator

Contract
Our client seeks an Account Management Administrator to join their team for an 18 month contract.
You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks within the customer billing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer direct debit instructions, amendments and rejected payments.
- Ensure that notifications regarding annual reassessments are correct and dispatched daily.
- Support customers with enquiries related to multiple services.
- Process regular customer payments, and other payment related processes.
- Effectively handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
- Perform credit control functions along with setting up and monitoring customer payment plans.
- Help with general office support functions when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong team player.
- Numerate and methodical with outstanding attention to detail and 'right first time' mind-set.
- Collaborative working and knowledge sharing across all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel).
- Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a customer facing environment and deal with the public in a professional and business-like manner.
- Experience of Navision Billing and customer accounts is preferred but full training will be provided.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent Customer Services and Administration skills.
