Account Management Administrator

Our client seeks an Account Management Administrator to join their team for an 18 month contract.
 
You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks within the customer billing department.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing customer direct debit instructions, amendments and rejected payments.
  • Ensure that notifications regarding annual reassessments are correct and dispatched daily.
  • Support customers with enquiries related to multiple services.
  • Process regular customer payments, and other payment related processes.
  • Effectively handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
  • Perform credit control functions along with setting up and monitoring customer payment plans.
  • Help with general office support functions when required.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong team player.
  • Numerate and methodical with outstanding attention to detail and 'right first time' mind-set.  
  • Collaborative working and knowledge sharing across all levels.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel).  
  • Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.  
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.  
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a customer facing environment and deal with the public in a professional and business-like manner.  
  • Experience of Navision Billing and customer accounts is preferred but full training will be provided.  
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent Customer Services and Administration skills.
