Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Ledger entry,
- Management accounts preparation,
- Payment processing,
- Ledger account reconciliations,
- Intercompany reconciliations / interaction with the group offices,
- Bank account reconciliations,
- Commission calculations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- AAT, CAT or similar.
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at C grade or above
- Previous office experience,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
- Working knowledge of SunSystems (beneficial but not essential).
- Good understanding of accountancy and book-keeping,
- Mathematical ability and logical thinking skills,
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail,
- Ability to work to deadlines,
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills,
- A team player.
