Temporary Receptionist/Administrator - 3 Months

We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to assist our clients team on a temporary 3-month basis. This is a varied role combining front-of-house duties with admin and customer service support.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Handling a mix of admin tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Assisting with meeting preparation - drafting agendas and taking accurate minutes
  • Helping the wider team with general office coordination
  • Assisting with Sharepoint and performance reporting
 
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
