Our client seeks a Contracts Administrator to join the team.
 
Role Profile:  Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this role provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery and management of contractual services. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and supporting compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Contracts Manager in preparing and issuing company proposals in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating proposal templates
  • Preparing yacht team organigrams
  • Set up and maintenance of client folders within Teams
  • Maintaining company spreadsheets
  • Carrying out due diligence checks on potential clients
  • Tracking the departmental key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Day to day office administration
  • Liaising with clients both verbally and in writing
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organised and methodical approach to administrative duties
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage own time
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative
  • Personable with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality due to the nature of the business
Desirable
  • Knowledge of the yachting industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role
