Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their operations team.
 
Role Profile:  You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day processing activities within either the Deposits or Lending department. This is a hands-on role requiring manual data entry, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
Deposits Department:
  • Accurately input and reconcile customer deposit data into internal systems
  • Process manual transactions and ensure timely updates to customer accounts
  • Support the resolution of discrepancies and exceptions
  • Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Lending Department:
  • Enter and verify loan application data and supporting documentation
  • Assist in the manual processing of loan disbursements and repayments
  • Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve processing issues
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a data entry, operations, or processing role (banking or financial services preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual input
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
