Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their operations team.
Role Profile: You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day processing activities within either the Deposits or Lending department. This is a hands-on role requiring manual data entry, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deposits Department:
- Accurately input and reconcile customer deposit data into internal systems
- Process manual transactions and ensure timely updates to customer accounts
- Support the resolution of discrepancies and exceptions
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails
Lending Department:
- Enter and verify loan application data and supporting documentation
- Assist in the manual processing of loan disbursements and repayments
- Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve processing issues
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a data entry, operations, or processing role (banking or financial services preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual input
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
