Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team with a project on a 3 - 6-month contract
 
Role Profile:  In this role, you will provide excellent financial support.  You will be a team player with flexibility and adaptability to cover the variety of roles and tasks that need to be undertaken.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing debtor invoices
  • Receipting daily banking
  • Balancing debtor spreadsheets
  • Chasing debt and
  • Processing creditor invoices
  • Adhoc duties
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Previous office experience
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration across teams and effective day-to-day support.
