Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process paper and electronic forms in a timely manner
  • Promptly escalate any errors, incomplete forms or other queries
  • Comply with data protection processes and maintain information confidentiality
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion
  • Handle telephone enquiries and direct them appropriately.
  • Complete and scan forms, saving them using agreed naming conventions.
  • Conduct stock checks, report missing items, and arrange re-orders.
  • Clean and prepare equipment, reporting any defects.
 
Key skills and experience:
  • Accurate Data Entry Skills
  • Experience in working with databases
  • A great eye for detail
  • Must be able to perform under pressure
  • Must be confident working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to seek advice and ask questions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel
