Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team on a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process paper and electronic forms in a timely manner
- Promptly escalate any errors, incomplete forms or other queries
- Comply with data protection processes and maintain information confidentiality
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion
- Handle telephone enquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Complete and scan forms, saving them using agreed naming conventions.
- Conduct stock checks, report missing items, and arrange re-orders.
- Clean and prepare equipment, reporting any defects.
Key skills and experience:
- Accurate Data Entry Skills
- Experience in working with databases
- A great eye for detail
- Must be able to perform under pressure
- Must be confident working to tight deadlines
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Able to seek advice and ask questions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel
