Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting members of the public in using new online systems (full training provided).
- Answering queries and providing guidance.
- Preparing envelopes and assisting with mail-outs.
- General administrative and processing duties.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous office or administrative experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work with the public.
