Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team for a temporary contract.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting members of the public in using new online systems (full training provided).
  • Answering queries and providing guidance.
  • Preparing envelopes and assisting with mail-outs.
  • General administrative and processing duties.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous office or administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident using computers and learning new systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to work with the public.
