Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team on a temporary 3-month contract.
 
Role Profile:  This role is integral to the effective delivery of administrative and general support functions within the Corporate Services, Central Support team.  The position demands a proactive approach, requiring the post holder to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be capable of using their own initiative and exercising discretion in all matters. The successful candidate should be prepared to undertake additional responsibilities as and when requested. The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently is essential, as is the capacity to contribute positively to a team environment while also being able to work independently when necessary.
 
Requirements:  
  • A minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent qualifications including English language
  • Relevant experience in an administrative role within a finance related, customer-based environment
  • Experience of working with information systems
  • Have experience of dealing with and answering customer enquiries
