Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team on a 12 month contract.
Role Profile: Provide administrative support. Assist with data input & maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal teams.  Deliver a high standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Data entry and processing of individual and corporate tax returns
  • Logging and triaging incoming mail to appropriate teams
  • Maintaining and updating taxpayer records, including data corrections
  • Preparing and issuing standard documentation (e.g. residency letters, assessment copies)
  • Supporting income verification requests and general correspondence handling
  • Requesting missing documentation where required
 
Key  Skills & Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Basic IT proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to manage workload
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to follow processes and handle data confidently
  • Duties on a day to day basis are repetitive
