Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team
Role Profile: You will be required to liaise with colleagues and to carry out the day to day functions in the team, dealing with internal and external queries, whilst also ensuring the financial, administrative and GDPR processes are completed accurately and within departmental, financial and legal requirements.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrange monthly meetings
- The taking and dissemination of minutes for department meetings
- Provide administrative support
- Administration of day to day enquiries
- Ensure the department is compliant with departmental GDPR, data protection, information storing and sharing policies
- To ensure the website content is current and up to date
- All invoices received are to be processed for payment ensuring they meet financial regulation guidelines
- Accurately raise invoices and issued in a timely manner
- Ensure the bookings are diarised and processed accurately
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous office experience.
- Good organisational skills are essential, and the post holder must be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in organising, managing and reporting from information databases (including financial information) to support both problem identification / resolution and service development / innovation
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft applications
- A good telephone manner and excellent written communication skills
