Assistant Manager

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities covering the establishment of new companies, ongoing administration and supporting management of a growing portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Formation, transfer in and closure of companies
- Arranging and monitoring the processing of payments
- Act as authorised signatory on client bank accounts
- Liaise with clients regarding day to day administration queries, in order to fully understand the purpose of all bank transfers
- Meet/visit clients, as required/necessary, to understand their needs, make them aware of any service/product offering
- Prepare and understand contracts/agreements for clients, referring to specialist departments where necessary
- Responsible to review and manage work item balances/disbursements on your client files to result in maximum acceptable billing and ensure any fixed fees are set up and monitored regularly to ensure they remain profitable
- Request issuance of invoices/credit notes paying special attention to special arrangements
- Be fully aware at all times of the outstanding debt within team portfolio and be able to provide detailed updates at regular debt meetings as to when debts will be paid, prioritising collection of old debt
- Opening and closing of bank accounts;
- Maintaining customer records;
- Arranging signature/minuting of documentation
- Supporting the development of junior members of staff
- Providing valuable support to senior staff
- Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures
Key Skills & Experience
- 5 years minimum experience within the Corporate Service Provider sector
- Relevant qualification or willing to work towards one
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing tasks independently
- Initiative and willingness for personal and business develop
