Our client seeks an exceptional Assistant Manager to join their Client Administration Team in this pivotal role that combines team leadership with hands-on client management.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Provide first-line supervision and mentorship for team administrators as direct reports.  
  • Support the Manager with day-to-day operations and team management activities.  
  • Oversee client entities and team portfolios, reporting to senior management.
  • Act as client company Director/bank signatory with associated legal responsibilities.  
  • Assist with gambling license applications and coordinate with eGaming Compliance Team.  
  • Ensure all regulatory deadlines and CSP obligations are met for client portfolio.
  • Undertake direct report objective setting and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems and manage leave/sickness recording.  
  • Attend management meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.  
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Prior management experience with proven leadership capabilities.  
  • Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with internal and external parties.
  • Workflow management and decision-making experience.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to different situations and events.
  • Management qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
