Our client seeks an exceptional Assistant Manager to join their Client Administration Team in this pivotal role that combines team leadership with hands-on client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line supervision and mentorship for team administrators as direct reports.
- Support the Manager with day-to-day operations and team management activities.
- Oversee client entities and team portfolios, reporting to senior management.
- Act as client company Director/bank signatory with associated legal responsibilities.
- Assist with gambling license applications and coordinate with eGaming Compliance Team.
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines and CSP obligations are met for client portfolio.
- Undertake direct report objective setting and appraisal processes.
- Maintain accurate records in HR systems and manage leave/sickness recording.
- Attend management meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Prior management experience with proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management with internal and external parties.
- Workflow management and decision-making experience.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to different situations and events.
- Management qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
