Our client seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and provide accounting and administrative support across multiple entities.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining financial records across multiple entities.
  • Managing accounts payable & receivable, invoicing and expense management.
  • Bank reconciliations, payment processing, journals & intercompany transactions.
  • Assistance with Month-end close, management reporting and audit.
  • Timely input of invoices to the invoice approval system.
  • Checking invoices to supporting analysis/contracts/expenses.
  • Preparation of monthly client billing.
  • Provide cover for colleagues of the accounting and admin team to include sickness and holiday cover, which may be include some, or all the above.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven bookkeeping experience is a must, ideally CAT qualified (or working towards a recognised accounting qualification).
  • Strong in Excel and Accounting software, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
  • Problem solving mindset.
  • Flexible and willing to support other team members.
  • Organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
