Our client seeks an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team and provide accounting and administrative support across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining financial records across multiple entities.
- Managing accounts payable & receivable, invoicing and expense management.
- Bank reconciliations, payment processing, journals & intercompany transactions.
- Assistance with Month-end close, management reporting and audit.
- Timely input of invoices to the invoice approval system.
- Checking invoices to supporting analysis/contracts/expenses.
- Preparation of monthly client billing.
- Provide cover for colleagues of the accounting and admin team to include sickness and holiday cover, which may be include some, or all the above.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven bookkeeping experience is a must, ideally CAT qualified (or working towards a recognised accounting qualification).
- Strong in Excel and Accounting software, experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Flexible and willing to support other team members.
- Organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
