Our client seeks a Client Administrator to join their team.
 
Role Profile:  To support Senior Client Administrators with the preparation of statutory documents, payments and to start administering a small portfolio of clients. Complying with all pertinent legislation, liaising with banks, brokers and other relevant parties involved in the client relationship.
To support Client Services Manager in ad-hoc administrative systems process projects as needed.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Have a clear understanding of a small portfolio of clients, including their overall relationships within structures and with regard to jurisdictional and regulatory requirements
  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to client requests and any ad hoc enquiries. Ideally no later than 48 hours, and adopting a solution-based approach to any problems
  • Continually follow up on ongoing matters ensuring completion or resolution of tasks
  • Ensure client files are complete and in good order
  • Produce board minutes, resolutions, agenda other client documents as required
  • Monitor client cash flow, debtors, and assist with invoicing and collection tasks to strict deadlines
  • Prioritise work tasks switching from task to task when other matters take precedence
  • Ensure that internal policies and procedures are observed and followed in your work
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of any changes to legislation and regulations
  • Compliance with all statutory requirements including filing of annual returns (AR) and ensure all client entities within own portfolio of clients are in good standing
  • Assisting with the completion of annual reviews including resolution of all outstanding action points  
  • Develop a basic understanding of financial statements
  • Assist in client transactions including sale and purchase of assets, investments and other corporate changes
  • Operate efficiently all current systems and ensure client data is accurate, up to date and filed correctly
  • Manage and contribute to ad hoc administrative it system projects as and when required
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Part qualified ICSA or STEP
  • + 2 years TCSP experience
  • Good general standard of education
  • High system proficiency necessary
  • Previous use of Viewpoint would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to details and good organisational skills
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and meeting deadlines
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively
