Our client seeks a Client Relationship Manager to join their team.  
Role Profile:  As a Client Relationship Manager your work directly supports the Groups commitment to provide thoughtful, personal and high-quality service to all clients. Working with the Engagement Lead within the Fiduciary Team, your skills and expertise will keep relationships with existing clients healthy and secure.  
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Liaise with clients, advisors, banks and professionals to ensure smooth administration.  
  • Maintain accurate client data in fiduciary systems.  
  • Draft Board packs, meeting minutes, resolutions and correspondence.  
  • Monitor compliance with AML, KYC and other regulatory requirements.  
  • Conduct file reviews and ensure timely reporting.  
  • Maintain proactive client engagement, always seeking solutions to meet their needs.  
  • Partner with the New Business team to identify and pursue new referral channels.  
Key Accountabilities:  
  • Act as Key Person as defined by the Financial Services Authority, ensuring the expected standards are achieved.  
  • Strengthen internal team capability by mentoring and knowledge sharing with team members.  
  • Delivery of co-ordinated, efficient and compliant operations across your portfolio of clients.   
 
Key Skills and Experience:  
  • Attained or working towards a STEP or CGI qualification.  
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the TSCP sector is required.  
  • Prior experience of using ViewPoint and Laserfiche would be advantageous.  
  • A natural communicator, with emotional intelligence to truly make each client feel valued.  
  • Deeply knowledgeable of fiduciary structures and trust administration, and confident to guide and mentor team members.  
  • Highly organised approach to inbox, calendar and filing management.  
  • Comfortable to navigate Microsoft Office suite of products.  
  • Able to bring a flexible and hands-on style with a healthy dose of common sense to everything that you do.
