Client Services Senior Manager  
   
This position presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to enjoy a varied and rewarding role within a vibrant and expanding CSP.  
   
Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management and oversight of a varied portfolio of clients
  • Building and overseeing client relationships
  • Ensuring efficient and high quality delivery of service to clients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise with clients, professional advisors and team members at all levels
  • Review contracts/agreements for clients, referring to specialist departments where necessary
  • Take an active role in training and mentoring members of your team
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team
  • Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • 8 years minimum experience within the Corporate Service Provider sector;
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing tasks independently;
  • Initiative and willingness for personal and business develop;
  • Willingness to be on the board of client corporate director, and open to potential individual client director appointment.
