Our client seeks a Commercial Administrator to join their team.
 
This is a trainee position as the company is eager to develop an individual with solid administrative experience and train them on the commercial processes internally. Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and managing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating shipping and logistics activities across global operations.  
  • Preparing export and international shipping documentation.
  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to international clients.
  • Assisting with general office and commercial administration tasks.  
  • Supporting colleagues across various departments and projects.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation systems.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Customer-focused approach with professional communication skills.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Professional approach to challenging and rewarding work.
  • Experience with sales order processing or logistics coordination would be desirable.
