Communications Executive

Our client seeks an experienced Marketing Communications Executive to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop overall comms plan and specific campaign comms plans to support the Company's marketing objectives.
  • Work with PR and creative agencies and other external partners to deliver communications that enhance perception, awareness and consideration of the Company.
  • Lead on delivery of internal and external comms plans, setting clear objectives, and using reporting tools to track performance, measure impact, and adapt plans for maximum effectiveness.
  • Reporting on Communications activity to the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders where relevant.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal and external partners to build integrated communications activity
  • Create, manage, and deliver engaging content and campaigns that tell the Company's story to appropriate audiences on and offline.
  • Produce and publish accessible, accurate, and engaging content for corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage press and media coverage, in conjunction with PR Agency.
  • Prepare and submit briefs to agencies, evaluate agency performance and assist in reporting and managing accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain B2B and B2C contact database ensuring quality data collection and input for the purposes of developing customer relationships through appropriate and relevant communications as part of the marketing and communications plan.
  • Promoting the Company at major and local exhibitions.
  • Monitor trends in marketing and digital media to inform communications.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Have proven experience working in a previous communications role.
  • Proven experience in briefing external agencies or partners to deliver marketing communications materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Have comprehensive understanding of different communications channels.
  • Hold a relevant qualification.
  • Have excellent written communications skills with the ability to write communication materials for different audiences.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
