Our client seeks a Company Administrator to join their team.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities covering the establishment of new companies, ongoing administration and supporting management of a growing portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Formation, transfer in and closure of companies.
- Processing of payments.
- Opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Arranging signature/minuting of documentation.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks, as required.
- Providing valuable support to senior staff.
- Comply with all external regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience working within an office environment is desirable.
- Relevant experience at a corporate service provider desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated
- Initiative and willingness for personal and business develop.
