Our client seeks a motivated and detail-driven Company and Trust Administrator to join their team.
 
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing and busy team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience in company and trust administration, or with experience in a similar environment, looking to build their career within a supportive and professional business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining company structures for clients, including the formation and ongoing administration of companies, partnerships, and other entities.
  • Preparing and maintaining company records and documentation. For example, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Directors and Shareholders Registers, Minutes of meetings.
  • Assisting with the preparation and filing of annual returns and ensuring these are filed in time and in accordance with the Isle of Man requirements.
  • Assisting with client transactions, setting up online payments, the day-to-day administration of the companies and trusts.
  • Liaising with Compliance Department on due diligence for clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining trusts.
  • Preparing and maintaining trust documentation (for example trust deeds, minutes).
  • Coordinating the distribution of trust assets and income as per the trust deed.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing support and regular updates.
  • Attending client meetings and calls as necessary.
  • Responding to client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Providing office support to assist with other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in corporate and trust administration, ideally within the Isle of Man or similar jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with company law, trust law and the regulatory framework.
  • Excellent organisational skills and management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for doing things properly.
  • Willingness to embrace a supportive, personality-driven culture.
