Our client seeks a Compliance Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the team with compliance matters, always promoting adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conducting client risk assessment reviews and administration reviews.
- Undertaking screening and investigations via the screening software.
- Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Assisting with new business screening.
- Reviewing and monitoring sanctions updates.
- Management of the company's screening platform and responding to any reports.
- Promoting a positive compliance first culture, including training and awareness for colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Assisting the Head of Compliance with reporting and delivery of the compliance program.
Key Skills & Experience
- A suitable compliance qualification would be beneficial but not required.
- The attitude and desire to succeed in a compliance role is essential, they can teach you the rest.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments.
- Understanding of offshore corporate structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
