Our client seeks a Compliance Administrator to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the team with compliance matters, always promoting adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Conducting client risk assessment reviews and administration reviews.
  • Undertaking screening and investigations via the screening software.
  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Assisting with new business screening.
  • Reviewing and monitoring sanctions updates.
  • Management of the company's screening platform and responding to any reports.
  • Promoting a positive compliance first culture, including training and awareness for colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.
  • Assisting the Head of Compliance with reporting and delivery of the compliance program.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • A suitable compliance qualification would be beneficial but not required.
  • The attitude and desire to succeed in a compliance role is essential, they can teach you the rest.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of offshore corporate structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
