Our client seeks a Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance team which covers regulatory compliance, risk, anti-money laundering and GDPR. They are looking for an individual who wants a challenge, can think methodically, and pay attention to detail. Full training will be given and an opportunity to study for professional examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and technical support to the Head of Compliance
- Keeping up to date with required AML/CFT legislation
- Maintain and update information required for monthly Compliance Report
- Managing relationships with Regulators
- Keeping the Compliance Monitoring Plan up to date and under review against legislation.
- Regulatory reporting to the regulator and banks
- Supporting more junior colleagues
- Dealing with the business queries from all departments
- All reasonable ad hoc duties that are in line with the department and business need
Key Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Two years' experience in the finance sector not necessarily in Compliance
- Have the highest standards of confidentiality
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Positive, flexible and pro-active approach to work
