Our client seeks a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing company proposals and tracking their progress.
- Maintaining and updating proposal templates.
- Setting up and maintaining client data and folder structures within internal systems.
- Carrying out due diligence checks on potential clients.
- Running daily checks on the KYC platforms.
- Monitoring sanctions updates and cross check against internal databases.
- Preparing client agreements using standardised templates.
- Ensuring client, contract and proposal data is always kept up to date.
- Collating the department's data for KPIs.
- Client correspondence, both written and oral.
- Preparing onboarding timelines.
- Day-to-day office administration.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and reliability.
- Organised and methodical approach to administrative duties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative.
- Personable with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality due to the nature of the business.
