Our client seeks a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Preparing company proposals and tracking their progress.
  • Maintaining and updating proposal templates.
  • Setting up and maintaining client data and folder structures within internal systems.  
  • Carrying out due diligence checks on potential clients.  
  • Running daily checks on the KYC platforms.
  • Monitoring sanctions updates and cross check against internal databases.  
  • Preparing client agreements using standardised templates.
  • Ensuring client, contract and proposal data is always kept up to date.  
  • Collating the department's data for KPIs.
  • Client correspondence, both written and oral.
  • Preparing onboarding timelines.
  • Day-to-day office administration.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and reliability.
  • Organised and methodical approach to administrative duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Personable with the understanding of the importance of confidentiality due to the nature of the business.
