Customer Provisioning Agent

Our client is seeking a Customer Provisioning Agent to join their team for 6 months.
You'll be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for consumers and business mobile customers for the life cycle of their service order.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage consumer and wholesale service orders.
- Receive & process service orders using the correct order handling procedure.
- Liaise with wholesale customers and other 3rd parties in the end-to-end management of orders.
- Ensure all orders are correct and meet the customer's needs, this includes entering orders on to the systems, cross checking for appointments and ensuring any equipment orders are processed and delivered to the customer prior to the installation appointment.
- To answer incoming calls and customer queries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Liaise with Billing Support to ensure that all fixed line services are correctly billed.
- Work closely with Retail, customer support and the business sales teams with respect to inbound requests or queries on customer orders.
- Liaise with the control section of installations regarding the timing of installations and provide appropriate information to the customer.
Key Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer focus and empathy
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to produce accurate, good quality work.
- Demonstrate an interest in current and future technology and an appreciation of the telecommunications market and it's customers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or as part of a team and demonstrates a positive, proactive and professional approach at all times.
