Our client seeks a Due Diligence Analyst to join their team.
This role is essential in processing new client onboarding and subsequent client changes efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory principles to complete the client review process in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client files and request additional documentation and information where required to complete KYC due diligence according to internal Compliance Frameworks and relevant regulatory standards.
- Capture and update information on systems, checking changes and updates to ensure compliance and minimise risk exposure.
- Review other analysts' work as required and ensure accurate capturing of statistics on SharePoint.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to attend to KYC queries, telephone calls, and obtain outstanding documents.
- Resolve KYC queries to ensure all customer queries are resolved within established timeframes.
- Monitor and follow up on long outstanding queries.
Key Skills and Experience:
- First Class Degree in Business, Commerce or similar qualification.
- 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- General Banking experience and Know Your Customer knowledge is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to check work thoroughly.
- Commitment to developing expertise and embracing change.
- Business Administration skills and Compliance knowledge.
