eGaming Compliance Officer

Our client seeks an eGaming Compliance Officer to join their team.
You'll take responsibility for client portfolio oversight, regulatory compliance management, and team mentoring within this highly respected firm. You'll work closely with the eGaming Compliance Manager, ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met while supporting the development of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client entities and portfolios, ensuring all regulatory obligations are met.
- Hold approved regulatory roles including AML/CFT Compliance Officer and MLRO positions.
- Manage technical input for new gambling licence applications and business transfers.
- Ensure timely completion of all regulatory deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and training to junior team members.
- Support cannabis clients and collaborate with business development teams.
- Create and develop policies and procedures for governance frameworks.
- Manage regulatory inspection processes and attend external forums.
- Stay current with international money laundering typologies and regulatory updates.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with administration and other departments.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within gaming or financial services.
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT obligations and regulatory frameworks.
- Anti-Money Laundering or Risk qualification desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios and competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Leadership experience with capability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
