Equity Dealing Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Equity Dealing Administrator to join them for a 18 Month Contract.
You'll ensure robust controls and accurate record-keeping while delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base, including private clients, Fund Managers, and Institutions. You'll work closely with senior management to coordinate daily workflows, prioritise tasks, and uphold the highest standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Placement of client execution instructions and completion of associated documentation, in accordance with strictly defined deadlines
- Trade world markets on a best execution basis
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards of service
- Daily production of various reports to assist both internal and external clients
- To report progress of orders as appropriate and electronic confirms and contract notes are issued in a timely manner
- To work closely with internal and external clients, to ensure the highest standards of client services are always maintained
- Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory controls including the accurate collection & completion of all required documentation
- Complex queries and error reporting
- Internal training
- Initial and ongoing AML requests
Key Skills & Experience
- History of high-level customer service
- Ability to deal with high-pressurised, fast-moving situations
- Strong levels of detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills (both written/verbal)
- Ability to plan own work and manage to meet deadlines
- A good understanding of KYC/AML processes
