Fiduciary Administrator - Philanthropy

Our client seeks a Fiduciary Administrator - Philanthropy to join their Team (Maternity Cover).
 
You will effectively support the philanthropic team assisting in managing a portfolio of clients. To ensure the client receives a high level of customer service and client structures & their records are maintained in accordance with relevant legislation. To contribute to the overall effectiveness & morale of the department. This role will include travel.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks for the philanthropic team and their associated clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Philanthropic Team, including arranging travel and preparing detailed itineraries.
  • Attend external and internal meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and charities by collecting required documentation and responding to queries.
  • Prepare payments using a variety of banking systems and compile supporting documentation for compliance and record-keeping.
  • Monitor donation agreements and issue reminders to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Provide support to other business areas as needed.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of administration experience.
  • Ability to pick up new skills quickly and undertake them with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Bright, confident and energetic.
  • Discreet and diplomatic.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in maintaining records and taking minutes.
  • Ability to arrange business travel and create itineraries.
  • Able to travel within the UK and Ireland.
