Finance Assistant (Temporary 2 -3 month contract)
Our client seeks a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support their finance team with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scanning, filing, and archiving financial documents
- Running errands to local banks
- Completing payment request and invoice forms
- Reconciling and checking bank statements against cashbook spreadsheets and posted entries
- Assisting with general finance admin tasks as required
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous office experience essential
- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of financial documents and spreadsheets preferred
