Finance Assistant (Temporary 2 -3 month contract)
Our client seeks a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support their finance team with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scanning, filing, and archiving financial documents
  • Running errands to local banks
  • Completing payment request and invoice forms
  • Reconciling and checking bank statements against cashbook spreadsheets and posted entries
  • Assisting with general finance admin tasks as required
 
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous office experience essential
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of financial documents and spreadsheets preferred
