An exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of group-level financial operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role goes beyond traditional accounting - it's about driving integration, consistency, and strategic value across a growing portfolio of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial control, reporting, and compliance across all entities.
- Lead and develop accounting teams to deliver timely, accurate financial results.
- Consolidate group accounts and ensure adherence to statutory and audit requirements.
- Drive financial integration following acquisitions, harmonising policies and reporting standards.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, system improvements, and audit readiness.
- Support preparation for potential investment, sale, or recapitalisation events.
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in multi-entity, international environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity-backed businesses is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage audits, and communicate financial insight to non-finance stakeholders.
