Our client seeks a General Insurance Clerk to join their team.
Role Profile: Interacting with clients providing quotes, incepting policies, MTAs, endorsements, claims, and cancellations.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in general insurance or commercial insurance.
- Ideally knowledge of Open GI system, and experience with alternate systems
- Cert CII or higher desirable ( studying toward )
- Ability to work both in the branch and be rotated through the call Centre.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
