Our Client seeks a Head of Client Administration to join their team.
Role Profile: A long established fiduciary services business is seeking a senior individual to take responsibility for its client administration function.  The role sits at senior level within the organisation and combines operational oversight, team coordination and direct involvement in complex fiduciary client matters. The focus is on maintaining high service standards, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and supporting the effective running of the function.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day fiduciary administration activity, ensuring workloads are prioritised and deadlines consistently achieved
  • Take responsibility for a small portfolio of trust and company structures, including more complex or sensitive arrangements
  • Act as escalation point for technical fiduciary matters requiring experience and sound judgement
  • Maintain oversight of client review cycles, periodic compliance activity and associated deadlines
  • Monitor debtor balances and broader operational risk indicators, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution
  • Review and interpret management information relating to workload, performance and client activity
  • Support senior stakeholders with operational planning and client-related matters as required
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, controls and procedural consistency
  • Provide day-to-day structure across a small administration team, supporting clarity of expectations and delivery standards
  • Assist with development of team capability through feedback, guidance and on the job support
  • Maintain effective working relationships with clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Significant experience in fiduciary administration within trust and company services
  • Strong technical understanding of trust and corporate structures and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, senior leadership position
  • Comfortable managing complex fiduciary matters and working under regulatory scrutiny
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way
  • Clear, practical communicator with a professional and commercially aware approach
Additional Requirements
  • STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent professional qualification would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Solid experience working within Isle of Man fiduciary regulatory and governance environments
  • Confident user of standard administration and reporting systems
