Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Head of Risk & Compliance to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Boards of Directors, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the firm's integrity and reputation within legal and regulatory parameters. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead compliance strategy and make a significant impact within a prestigious and growing practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory compliance (including data protection) and have a proven industry track record in a similar position. Solid experience within the legal and/or TCSP sectors would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive compliance oversight across all business operations.
Acting as the Group's Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
Developing, implementing and maintaining robust policies and procedures.
Conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Preparing detailed compliance reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
Leading and developing the compliance team to achieve excellence.
Managing effective stakeholder communication at all levels.
Monitoring legal, regulatory and industry changes impacting the business.
Supporting the Boards in updating Business Risk Assessments and policies.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
Proven experience in a similar compliance leadership position.
Experience within the legal and/or TCSP sectors would be highly advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
