We are seeking a IT Customer Support Administrator to join our client's team. You will be the vital first point of contact for their diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to large corporate clients, providing technical support, solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls and providing first-class customer service to clients of all sizes.
- Providing customer solutions, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Communicating effectively with both clients and internal technical teams.
- Identifying patterns in recurring IT issues across multiple clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships as the initial voice of the business.
- Interpreting client needs and providing appropriate solutions and support.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in first point of contact or IT support roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a personable and professional approach.
- Ability to absorb information quickly and solve IT problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and technical colleagues.
- Good familiarity with Microsoft Suite and general workplace technology.
- Open-minded personality with good mannerisms and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks while enjoying variation in daily work.
