Role Profile: We are seeking an outstanding Managing Director to lead this banking institution through its next phase of growth and development. Reporting to the Chair and Group CEO, the Managing Director will have overall responsibility for the Bank's strategy, performance, culture and regulatory compliance. You will lead the Bank's strategic direction, profitability and business development, while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance and ethical conduct. The role requires close engagement with regulators, the Board, senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
