Our client is seeking a Temporary P/T Office Assistant to assist their team.  
 
Overview: A busy law firm is seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to provide general office support during a busy period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for short-term work within a professional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Handling incoming calls and taking messages
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Preparing basic legal documents and letters
  • Assisting with diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Maintaining accurate client records
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous administrative experience (legal experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Personal Attributes:
  • Professional and personable manner
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Hold or provide a clear DBS.
 
For the right candidate there will be flexible hours 2/3 days a week
