Our client seeks a diligent and reliable Payments Administrator to join their yacht management team on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for managing funds on behalf of Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI), always exercising discretion and ensuring accuracy to facilitate efficient yacht payment operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process yacht operational payments across multiple banking platforms.
  • Screen and verify invoices for accuracy and legitimacy.
  • Input payments with precision and maintain detailed records.
  • Conduct call backs to suppliers to verify banking details as part of the screening process.
  • Safeguard client monies through rigorous checks and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and secure transactions.
  • Provide support with yacht management administrative duties if needed.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in handling UHNI client funds is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Familiarity with various banking platforms and payment systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills for supplier verification calls.
  • Commitment to safeguarding client assets and maintaining confidentiality.
