Our client seeks Power Platform Developer Associate to join their team.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and the ability to create solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Create data visualisation and reporting solutions using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, IT, operations, and management to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
  • Enhance and extend current systems to cover new business requirements, reporting, compliance, or risk requirements.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of developed solutions.      
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure applications remain efficient and effective.
  • Document solutions for future reference and training.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Basic experience in a similar role, or as a Power Platform Developer.  
  • Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Exposure to common data service, data connectors, and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Adaptability, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Desirable Certification - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
  • Basic knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be advantageous.
