Product Communications & Client Advocacy Lead - 12 Month Maternity Cover contract

Role Profile:  Be part of the Marketing function in a role that champions the client voice and drives meaningful change across the business. You'll lead the Voice of the Client Forum, craft compelling communications, and turn feedback into actionable insights that shape products and services.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and facilitate monthly Forums with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present content including client feedback analysis, product/project updates, and improvement themes.
  • Take detailed notes, share summaries with relevant teams, and maintain documentation on the Teams page.
  • Analyse and escalate client feedback from surveys, interviews, and meetings to ensure visibility across leadership and product teams.
  • Deliver regular updates including:
  • Monthly slides for and Quarterly Townhalls
  • Weekly Product/Project sync summaries
  • Quarterly business-wide reports
  • Monthly Risk Appetite & Tolerance updates
  • Manage quarterly surveys to collect data.
  • Assign feedback as insights in the Roadmap Discovery Project.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to update dashboards and reports.
  • Summarise and distribute findings using Power BI and internal communications.
  • Attend 3-4 monthly client meetings to capture feedback and product impressions.
  • Document and share notes, actions, and insights with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a central repository of client feedback on the Teams page.
  • Write and edit a variety of content including:
  • Press releases and client communications
  • Internal updates and leadership briefings
  • How-to manuals and product guides
  • Ensure all messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand tone and client-first values.
  • Support the Marketing team with ad hoc writing and editing needs.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong passion for client experience and continuous improvement.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), JIRA, and Power BI (desirable).
  • Familiarity with survey tools e.g., HotJar and collaborative platforms e.g., Microsoft Teams, Loop (desirable).
